Emmanuel Chao, a 2008 SBCSC Scholarship recipient who received his Master Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley in 2012, was the keynote speaker at the 2025 UC Berkeley College of Engineering Master’s Commencement ceremony on May 21, 2025.
Emmanuel believes in paying forward and is one of the major donors supporting the SBCSC Scholarship Program by sponsoring two major scholarship awards at the 2025 SBCSC Scholarship Awards Banquet.
Emmanuel will be the keynote speaker for the 2026 SBCSC Scholarship Awards Banquet scheduled for Tuesday evening, April 21, 2026.
