32nd  ANNUAL SBCSC GOLF TOURNAMENT SCHOLARSHIP BENEFIT

Format:       4-Person Handicapped Scramble

Start:           8:00 a.m. Shotgun Start

Flight:         One Handicapped Team Flight

Entry Fee:  $140.00 includes tournament green fee & cart, range balls, Chinese Banquet Awards Luncheon

Sign Up:     We encourage players to sign up as a 4-person team. Individuals will be assigned to a team. (Note: Recommend sign up individually even if you have your own foursome as we need to collect contact information and other info such as GHIN number, etc. from each golfer.  Just use the "Additional Comments" field to list other members of your foursome.  If you would like to sign up and pay for all the golfers in your group, please have their contact information (email address, phone, etc.) and GHIN number (if available) ready when you are ready to register online.)

Entry Deadline:  Monday, April 29, 2019 (Entry must include full payment by deadline)

Awards Banquet Luncheon begins at 2:00 p.m. following golf tournament at:

Golden Sun Palace, 1678 N. Milpitas Blvd., Milpitas (inside Lion City Plaza)
